    Scout dialogue

What they say when you try to persuade them to join; it ends in success or failure.

    Standard conversation
    1. Let’s hear it—what scheme brought you here to find me?
    2. They all said that, too. Pretended like they’d do anything for me… then used me to their heart’s content and threw me away.
    3. I’m done with empty words of trust. If you want to join forces, tell me what you can actually do for me.
    4. We heard that you’re under threat from the count’s family. We will protect you and support you in achieving your goals.
    5. Since mutual interest must be clear, we’ll help you first. You don’t have to help our pioneering efforts until after that.
    ✓ Persuaded

“Alright, with those terms, I’ve no reason to say no.”

“Just as you said—you’d better protect me properly. Otherwise, I won’t lend you any power!”

    ✕ Refused

“I’m sorry, but I can’t trust you. There are plenty more capable people out there—why should I team up with you?”

“Understood. We’ll wait for the day we can prove our abilities to you, Lady Sharon.”

    Special lines with Reckless Emilia
    1. Why have you come to find me?
    2. I can sense desire from you. Human desire isn’t so easily hidden.
    3. Hmm… Are you proposing a deal with me?
    4. Very well. I like you. Especially those eyes burning with desire.
    ✕ Refused

“I refuse. I can accomplish anything on my own.”

    Special lines with Sage Emilia
    1. You're interested in unknown powers too, aren't you, Sharon?
    2. Strictly speaking, I'm more interested in mastering and controlling such powers. It's not just simple academic curiosity like yours.
    3. But to control a power, you first need to understand it well. Knowledge is power, as they say.
    4. How about researching the unknown power together with me?
    ✓ Persuaded

    “You're not wrong. Alright.”

“I’d love to hear your thoughts, Sharon. Let’s have a discussion!”

    ✕ Refused

“That’s really unfortunate… I was hoping for a deep conversation with you, Sharon… If you ever change your mind, I’ll come back!”

    Special lines with Sharon
    1. Hehe, a familiar face.
    2. I'll be direct. I want to know the path I must walk.
    3. How I can… obtain everything. You, being wise, must know the answer.
    ✓ Persuaded

“Alright, I’ll teach you everything as we go together.”

    ✕ Refused

“Unfortunately, I cannot interfere with fate. Your destiny is yours to forge.”

“I see… Understood. Even so, I will reach you—please watch over me from where you are.”
